How to make an English Rose with Crepe Paper

Just in time for Valentines Day, Kristen from @CampbellWorkshop demonstrates her process for creating a lovely English Rose "Scepter'd Isle".. a classic!

Here, you'll see Kristen show us her technique to hand-color the crepe paper petals with soft pastel colors as an alternative to PanPastel which may also be used.

What you will need :

• Crepe papers in 90g Pale Pink and 180g Olive Green
• Soft Pastels in Red and White
• Floral wires in 18, 24 & 26 gauge
• Masking Tape
• A pair of Tweezers
• A pair of scissors
• Paper clips
• Paintbrush
